Data We Collect

When you register via the register tool, we collect:

Name — to identify your account
Email — for account identification and future billing communications
GitHub URL — to verify developer identity
Purpose — to understand how signals are being used

We also log API usage metadata: endpoint called, timestamp, and IP address (for rate limiting).

Data We Do NOT Collect

No conversation data from Claude or any AI assistant
No personal health data
No financial account credentials or trading account data
No cookies or browser tracking

How We Use Your Data

To authenticate API requests via your API key
To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
To contact you about service changes or future billing
To analyze aggregate usage patterns (not individual behavior)

Data Storage & Retention

Registration data is stored in MongoDB on our secured server (DigitalOcean, Frankfurt region)
API usage logs are automatically deleted after 90 days (TTL index)
Data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data stays on our server.

Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and data, email romwtb@gmail.com with your registered email address.

GDPR
