These terms cover Signals at signals.x70.ai — the web dashboard, the REST API and the MCP server (together, "the service"). Signals is operated by an individual based in Thailand ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using an API key, you agree to these terms.
Signals publishes AI-generated analysis of cryptocurrency markets: trade ideas with a coin, direction and confidence and — on the Pro plan — suggested entry, stop-loss, take-profit and leverage, together with statistics on how past signals turned out.
Signals are general information produced by automated models. They are not personalised investment advice and not an offer to buy or sell anything. We are not a broker, exchange or investment adviser.
Trading crypto — especially with leverage — is high risk, and you can lose your whole position. Signals can be wrong. Past results, including the hit rates and statistics we show, do not predict future results.
You decide whether and how to trade, and you are responsible for your trades and any taxes on them.
If Signals isn't for you, email support@x70.ai from your account address within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
If you connect a Hyperliquid wallet, you approve an agent key that lets Signals place the orders you ask for in the dashboard, or that a strategy you switch on places automatically. Agent keys cannot withdraw or transfer funds, and you can revoke the agent in Hyperliquid at any time. Orders execute on Hyperliquid, which we do not control: fills, slippage, fees, liquidations and exchange outages are outside our control.
We work to keep Signals running, but it is provided "as is": we don't guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error-free, or that signals arrive at any particular time. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering Pro, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You can stop using Signals and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — for example redistribution, abuse or non-payment. If we close your account without such a reason, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or on this page. Continuing to use Signals after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. This does not take away consumer protections that the law of your country gives you.
